Following an exciting 2021-22 Divisional Round, the final four teams remaining are ready for the Conference Championship games this weekend, and NFL fans are in for a treat.

While the Kansas City Chiefs are about to become the first AFC team to host four straight AFC Championship games, they are not the only NFL team to have moved into this round in at least three consecutive seasons.
